Its really important not to put off until tomorrow, what you can start today.

As a Care Giver here locally in Ormond Beach, it is imperative to excersise time management, and plot the course for the near future. It is also most important to plan a health care regime for oneself, as Care Giving can take its toll on one's own health issues.

Either way, whatever your circumstances, whatever your goals, lethargy and procrastination can be the downfall of the best plans. If you don't have a plan, get one.

If you have a plan, take action.

If you are already successfully following your goals, help someone else!!
